On the night of April 12, after a sudden downpour, a huge monster came tearing through the night curtain. Stepping on the hot and romantic rock music, “Beihai Monster” invaded Hangzhou, roaring, hissing and whispering, setting off a free and hot-blooded rock disco frenzy.

One year later, the New Pants “Beihai Monster” tour resumed at the Hangzhou Huanglong Sports Center. The giant mirror Disco ball with a diameter of more than 7 meters rises up from under the tower, which is the dazzling and hard scales of the monster; the 70-meter main screen and wall of lights form the spectacular and hideous skeleton of the monster; the blood rushing in the body of the monster is engraved with the genes of New Pants, which are “rebellious, romantic, and sincere”; naked-eye visual effects, which are the result of New Pants' 29 years of music, construct the deep and mysterious soul of the monster, interpreting the past of New Pants band and its history. Retro new wave punk aesthetics, naked eye 3D visual matrix and psychedelic retro modern melodies intertwined and collided, the new pants and the scene of more than 30,000 fans to complete a romantic voyage about music, literature and art, love and ideals, to travel in the futuristic world of the “micro-universe”.

If music is the expression of the monster's will, then light and shadow are the embodiment of the music's energy, telling the drama, vitality, and rebellious romanticism of New Pants' music in the visual language of lighting. For this year's “Beihai Monster” tour, New Pants has joined hands with the production team to create a rich three-dimensional and layered stage with a new creative multi-layered CNC light stand, leading fans into a music territory that is within their reach.

CKC-Proxima Hybrid (500W Laser BSW Ip) is the first show of its kind in China. 0.9° penetrating, extremely narrow and sharp beams of light shatter the night curtains, entangled with punk rhythms, shaping the scene into a futuristic cyber space, building a unique aesthetic universe of new pants. The Proxima Hybrid is rich in pattern and even in color.

Light and music dance together, stunning vision and shocking hearing in the West Lake in a marvelous collision, creating an immersive viewing experience. On this night, rock becomes poetry, a romantic poem written by light.
